If you are a contract owner of an individual variable annuity or variable life insurance policy, then you can access your account online.  There are two ways in which you can access your online account.

Option 1: (from the homepage)
The quickest method to gain access to your account is by selecting it from the “Access My Account” pull down menu, which can be found in the lower left area of the homepage.

Option 2 (from within the site):
Step 1
If you have navigated away from the homepage to the interior of PacificLifeandAnnuity.com, you can still access your account by simply clicking on the “My Account” link in the top tool bar.

Step 2
After clicking the “MY ACCOUNT” link, then select the type of individual account you own with Pacific Life & Annuity.
