Estate Tax Calculator

This Estate Tax Calculator is designed to give you a simple snap-shot of possible estate taxes for an individual. For married individuals it allows for the input of property subject to the marital deduction. If the individual is not married or no marital deduction is intended or available, enter 0 in that field.

This Estate Tax Calculator has been updated to reflect the changes to the tax code made by the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001. Learn more about these changes in the 2001 Tax Law Summary.
